Does TennBit Charge Monthly or Annually? Or is it a one-time charge?

The frequency of your billing depends on the type of service. For example, services like our SEO Starter Pack will generally be billed as a one-time charge as it is not generally a regularly recurring service. On the other hand, you may want to keep services like regular content updates or the Poweruser bundle for longer-term periods, in which case we can set up regular invoices to ensure that each charge is predictable and consistent.

Do TennBit's Charges Include Fees from the Software Provider? Does TennBit pay my domain provider, email service, etc. or am I billed for that directly from that service provider?

Accepted Answer

TennBit will only bill you directly for the work that we perform in your environment. Any licensing fees for your email, domain, or other service provider will be billed directly to you(r organization) separately from the labor costs charged by TennBit. We do this to protect our clients' billing information/payment methods and to provide peace of mind that you have the ultimate control over your organizations' services and that you cancelling service with TennBit is simple and painless.

Is there room for any negotiation or adjusting of pricing? Or are the prices listed on the website final?

We provide price ranges in order to ensure that potential clients know roughly what to expect before they even contact TennBit. Our service offerings and bundles are carefully formulated to lump similar services that go hand-in-hand with each other, taking the guesswork away from our clients. Our main goal is to meet with potential clients, understand their business needs, come up with a plan to make their tech improve their life, and work with the client to make that a reality as efficiently as possible. Our predesigned service offerings are not intended to put our clients in a "box", but rather to make the decision process easy if they are needing multiple services or long-term IT management. 
At the same time, we understand that not all IT solutions can be copy-and-pasted from one client to another, so the unique solution(s) that work best for you may not fall neatly under one of our service categories; in these cases, we may have to formulate a custom quote to ensure you're not paying for services you don't need.
